Grabbing the internet-reins of Gen Z’s favorite character and creating an everlasting home in the social swamp. While the internet and Gen Z had already made Shrek one of the most memed characters on social media, there still wasn’t an official channel. My team helped DreamWorks launch the official channels, by staying true to what Gen Z loved about the franchise, and still remaining safe for the brand. This included day-to-day reactive posts, planned evergreen social, and supporting major trailer releases.
