To drive sales and brand awareness for North Italia in the Miami region we brought the restaurant experience and North’s own mini-grand prix to over 80,000 attendees. To convey the restaurant experience, branding was crucial—an open-air kitchen was created to feature live chef demonstrations while sampler plates were passed around by North staff. A Vesbar was custom built to distribute North Italia cocktails. Branded shipping containers and signage around the event made North Italia a major presence for attendees to line up and participate in the North Italia x DoorDash RC Grand Prix for a chance to win gift cards and more. Guest visits, PR impressions and social engagement increased for months following the event.
